I know this is very vague but any help would be greatly appreciated!!

A woman in my office is looking for a "knee length black skirt with messy tassels hanging down".

All of us have been looking online... Asos, New Look, Topshop, Marksies, Debenhams, Bay of E... Loads!

Does anyone know of anywhere else we can look (maybe hippy stores?!)?
