Slight OT - Very excited about passport

waddle_thepenguin, 20 April, 2010 at 12:40 Posted on Planning 0 4

As my passport expired back in February I didn't see the point of renewing it then only to have to do it again after the wedding - so I waited until I could get the sign off by the Registrar and sent off all the paperwork for it a couple of weeks ago.

Got it back yesterday, and got very excited by the fact that it's in my married name! Eeeee!

I know - made me want to dance around the room.

The signature bit was thwe most daunting when filling in the form - had to practise it a few times, just hope it doesn't change too much!

How exciting! So when I change mine does it mean I'll finally get a chance to change my hideous passport photo? ?

Well I technically didn't need to change my photo as I was still recognisable from the photo - however because it was so horrid I got a new one done and countersigned. ?
