    Hello,

H is out, I went to tesco to get good food but fell over outside so was embarrassed and came home without anything! Trying to avoid alcohol for one reason or another so stuck here feeling sorry for myself and thinking how quiet hitched is - everyone else has obviously got a life!!

BMF does not sound like my idea of fun, I much prefer the gym but admire those who do it.

? I'm here, flaked out on the sofa after an absolutely exhausting day of catch-up sleep. I am recovering from working ten days in a row (the last five on a course which involved too much technical information for my tired brain to assimilate) which I am never, ever doing again as it has competely wiped me out. I have Waitrose veggie moussaka in the oven because I'm too tired to bother cooking a proper meal and a bottle of red wine with which to wash it down.

? am having a quiet night in. My parents came to see me and I was so much looking forward to it but it was a bit of an odd day- i had a fight with MrH who wouldn't help with the housework despite me asking him to take care of it as my (only ) birthday present and I think the atmosphere spilled over. so now my parents are probably worried about me <sigh>

Hyacinth, aww happy birthday I am sending you a virtual drink too! Sorry your day was not so good.

Forgot to say hope everyone is ok on this fine Saturday night, apologies I appear to have lost my manners!

Mildred, I filled out the form for the BMF but am too scared to go...will I die? I think I am incredibly unfit, I can't got this Monday for the next class (I have an interview on Tues so don't want to be achy for that) but was thinking about going the following Monday.

    Here.

Been quite a stressful week - normal lifetimes goings on, topped with our car dying rather spectacularly, leaving me without an (essential) car, while H has the main car so he can get to his work (my work is luckily only a walk away).

And a major leak with emergency plumbers taking 2 weeks to come, and then leaving because of an installation fault. [sigh]

Combined with 2 pre-schoolers with cabin fever, and stuck in all day today while H went on a car hunt 2.5 hours away and then met friends as planned 1.5 hours away, and wine o'clock came early tonight - 4:30 to be exact.

I'm here, just got back from town, had tea at Pizza Express and now just relaxing. I'm aching alot after BMF on Thursday but we'll hopefully be going on Tuesday, was going tomorrow but it hurts when I move and breath. My evening gets more dull because I have to look at new washer dryers online, i lead such an exciting life!

Reporting for duty. I feel awful, have flu lie symptoms, but no temperature according to the only thermometer available to purchase in this middle class panic buying town, so i don 't have swine flu.

am attempting to kill my illness with jerk chicken.

    I'm here. ?

Had a very odd day today. Got out of bed the wrong side this morning, hence, nothing went right this morning and then had a very strange argument with the ex-Mr R this afternoon. Feeling very much all of a dither now so am hoping the curry I am currently cooking and the beer I am about to drink will help me find some inner calm. Am also going to watch Dirty Dancing or something similar to make me feel better.

Legless hope you feel better soon.

Bless you, Hooby, no one but you!

Yep tomorrow, legless. Bouncy castle is being erected <snigger> at 11, the troops arrive 1.00pm. Am thinking of running a sweepstake on how long it takes Wizzy's party dress to be ruined ?

BF is out at a colleagues engagement party, I was invited but didn't feel up to it. So home alone, watching NCIS and waiting for Lee Evans to start at 10pm, haven't won the lottery so life carries on as normal.

Nope, not been for years, since I moved out of Chelters. Someone at work used to hire a coach for the office but it's too much of a faff now that I live farther out. I'm away this weekend anyway. Are you going? It's fun... if the weather holds out. A lovely setting for falling down drunk. ?

Aw, thanks. I'll bear that in mind. It often falls on my birthday weekend, though, so I'm usually across the sea avoiding the inevitable march of time. ?

I'm here. BF at work all night and little one in bed so have sat down finally after working most of the day and coming home to house work and an excited newly 5yr old. I'm shattered. I have a bottle of Stella (in my rushing around I forgot to buy me wine) and a bag of giant buttons ?
