Snow Watch

Well my boss thought I was going to make the effort today but as I can't even get the car off the drive, the nursery is shut and the 25 mile journey to work 'on ice' to contend with I'm not even thinking about it. He's in London today anyway and there is nothing for me to do in the office. He has had 4 phone calls all week.

Nice lazy week for me, although I am completely bored now and sick of being stuck in the house.

No more snow down my way since lunchtime yesterday, now due to -8 we have snow over ice which is deadly and i get cant the car out so working from home. More snow in Cornwall though and more forecast for Devon tommorrow and Sunday....just looked at the BBC and where i live doesnt rise above freezing for the next 7 days....

And like Nicola Im sick of being stuck in the house now have been working from home since monday and there is only so much work to do before cabin fever sets in!!!

The snow that the BBC said we would get never came........ i'm still driving on an ice rink and tavelling to my country schools....... will be glad of the weekend though at least I wont be needing to drive.

Husbands sold his jeep though

Been out to feed the birds this morning & it is just starting to snow again. I think even the forecasters can't predict where it is going to fall now!
