So what's for dinner tonight then?

WelshTotty, 1 October, 2008 at 17:17 Posted on Off Topic Posts 0 18

I'm sat here contemplating......

I think it will be grilled pork loin chops topped with soft goats cheese and slices of chorizo, with a brocolli and leek cheesy bake type thing and some boiled potatoes.

So whats cooking in your neck of the woods?

We're having leftover (homemade) curry from last night - a spinach/potato thing and a chickpea dhal thing with some fresh mushroom fried rice which apparently I'm making according to H's last text!

Am just finishing off roast chicken and trimmings, followed by HM rice pudding. I felt like a roast, I don't know why...I keep getting strange urges for them! I have resisted sausages though.

Chicken chow mein from the local takeaway, it's my fave at the moment.

P.S. does anyone gave a tried and tested recipe as I don't really cook chinese much.

Oh dear a takeaway I think as I haven't done the food shop yet this week. Chinese or Indian probably. I need lessons in turning into a domestic goddess big time.
