I've just caught the tail end of a programme regarding the above.

I googled, and it's very interesting!

Anyone know about this kinda stuff?

One of the articles I found whilst googling uses The Day After Tomorrow as a reference as to the effect of Solar Maximum. According to scientists, due in ****!

Being a bit of a radio nerd I'm very aware of it. The next maximum is forecast to be particularly intense.
