Hello lovely ladies, it's been a VERY long time since I posted (wedding had to go onto the back burner for a while) but I thought I'd come back in my final 5 months!!!!!!
Just to set the scene we are doing afternoon tea for our reception and almost everything is organised except the sandwiches!!!!! Mine and OH mums have been doing a lot of the organising for the food and we are very grateful but they cannot agree on how to do the sandwiches. They cannot agree on whether to buy platters or make and even then neither wants to make them but feels like they have to. In the end I have had a bridezilla strop and told them I am taking the sandwiches away from them. (I have appologised for being bridezilla and we are all OK now though).
So..... after getting all upset and wanting to cancel the whole thing (OVER SANDWICHES!!!!!!), I asked some friends to help me make sandwiches the day before and they all jumped straight up and said "absolutely we will be there. what do you need?" Yesterday, one of them (also he's my man of honour) took me out and we went round various shops pricing up everything we'll need and finding the most cost efficient way of doing it. I'm just completely overwhelmed by the kindness of some people. None of the people I asked even questioned anything they were just all there.
At least now I don't want to kill a sandwich every time I see one lol.
