Somewhere to eat near Hyde Park?

Ive never been but my colleague always goes to Hush, just off Oxford street. Depend what you're looking for though. St Christopher place has lots of little restaurants and theres an awesome burger place just behind my office, Meat licker (its actually meant Liqueur, but I like my version better)

You can't book this though, so might not be ideal, depending on how many of you there are.

This place is quite nice although a bit further away

admittedly i went about 18m ago, but i went with a big group of colleagues. i sat next to my iraqi colleague, who is normally a PITA, but he was speaking to all the waiters telling them to bring loads of off menu stuff out and it was amazing.
