My dress fitting was so amazing, I was really worried as the dress was so big and I was worried it would be too much to do and we would loose loads of the detail but the lady was great and made me feel amazing!

Bet your looking forward to yours! You were having problems with your dress shop last time I was on werent you?...is that all good now?

It has been VERY quiet on here last couple of weeks!!!!!

I'm going for my first fitting tomorrow - uber uber uber excited!!!!! Will obviously take pics.......

24 days!!!!!!!!! What on earth is going on with time?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!

Nope, still causing me grief. I've actually delegated the task of communicating with them to my mum. She wanted something to do and I couldn't talk to them without getting wound up so everyone, sort of, got what they wanted! Mum now see's the hassle I was having from them!

Quick run down - dress delayed due to ask cloud. I phone them 4 weeks later: 'oh yeah, it's in. we'll call you'. No phone call. Mum calls, makes arrangements for fittings. 'we don't do bridesmaid alterations'. Mum: 'you said you did when we ordered them'. Shop: 'ok, just this once' (like we'd go back!). Shop: 'we now don't do fittings on Sat'. (This is after making appointments on a Sat and over about 10 phone calls!). Appointments made - 3 different times to accommodate myself and bridesmaids (meaning time off work for me). Last Friday - Shop: 'yours and your bridesmaids dresses are in. Me: 'I know. I have appointments'. Shop: 'Oh'.

On top of this fiasco, my friend got married in March, got her dresses from the same shop and realised on the day that they hadn't completed the hems, so the bridesmaids hems were hanging down and that the back piece (behind the corset bit) hadn't been attached! So am very wary of their alterations anyway! They aren't filling me with confidence!

It really has! I went FG shopping on sat and ordered her dress! It will be in in August! And when i was there they told my my BM dresses has arrived also!! ALl very exciting!! Iv no pics tho!!

Im waiting for Geordie Barbie, Bonnie Lass and Pennyfarthing coming back with their reports for us now with their pics!!

Really glad to hear your dress is getting sorted out.

As the other girls have said it's been quiet on here, but laineywhu is back. Also fancyfree posted her wedding pictures and they were GORGEOUS.
