Spray Tans

feathers, 21 February, 2009 at 20:43 Posted on Off Topic Posts 0 4

Evening All! I have a question about spray tans please and how long in advance they need to be done. I have a black tie party next weekend and have a stunning dress. All that is needed is a stunning body to go in it. As that isn't going to happen I wondered about a spray tan instead. How long does the spray need to stay on before being washed off please and which are the best to go for? I would find a salon to do it, it's not something I would risk myself as it is important for me that I look fabulous on the night. Thanks in advance

I'd have one done the day before, or the day before that.

I'm glad the weather has gone mild as I got out in the back garden and did mine today ?

Thanks Doughnut. I think my only option will be the Friday afternoon. Glad you got yours sorted today though

I have had the St Tropez spray tan done a few times and I would get it done either 1 or 2 days before the event.

I love spray tans I wish I could afford to have them done all the time ☹️

If the event is on the Saturday I'd really advise the Thursday evening if at all possible as I find the colour can take a day to settle down and is its best on the 2nd day (especially if you've not had one before). Afternoon / evening is a good time to get it done as then you can leave it overnight and not shower til the morning. Enjoy it - I love having a spray tan.

Bum! Will have to try to find somewhere open late on Thursday then. Or be pale and 'interesting'. Thanks all for your help
