    Hi Nicky

The ever so talented Mrs SP is fantastic. She did my table plan in Oct 08 and it was for over 200 people, changed a good few many times at the last minute and was really good value for money. Am sure she will be able to help you.

Sorry Mrs SP couldnt help but praise you again!?

    Sx

QQ: How close to the wedding could I leave it to finalise the seating plan?. The reason being, my cousin is very very poorly & is undergoing tests in August so they may not be able to attend. This will alter my seating plan.

Thanks again for all the replies.

    Hi Nicky

Here's my site as well: www.millieandme.net

In terms of timing, I'm quite used to making up the plans about a week or so before the wedding. Obviously the plan would need to be ready, typeset etc and proofed to you before then, but any last minute changes could be made before it is actually printed and put together - as long as it doesn't change a lot (ie: adding in or removing lots of tables!) this is do-able. Not ideal, but it can be done if needs be!

I hope your couisn is OK and able to attend.

    Best wishes, Nicky (another one!)

Thanks millie. that's good to know that it could be altered if needed. I'll take a look at your site.

Hi Nicky, Just in case you're still looking - I can squeeze a last minute plan in at the end of August - HERE'S some examples of mine.

I second what Nicky (MilieandMe) says about timings above - we usually start proofing them within a month to a fortnight of the wedding (emailing computerised layouts and proofs) and then the approved plan is made and sent within a fortnight to a week of the wedding to allow for last minute changes to the guest list. Minor changes can be accommodated virtually up to the hour they're despatched via a next day courier.
