I'd give them a gentle reminder - but that's me, I'm an impatient bunny.

I would ring them this week for sure - been long enough and you don't have to worry about hassling them etc because obviously they want your business so it's in their interests.

I would most definately be on the phone by now - you are patient!

I could barely wait 2 days for our quote and when we got it we went straight back there to book it! First looked on the Sat, received quote and subsequently booked on the Monday!

I've just tried ringing and they're no flaming answer!

I would have phoned them before now but then im an impatient person lol. We got our quote the same day we viewed the venue. The wedding co-ordinator said she would have it emailled to us by the end of that day. and true to her word it was in my inbox by the time we got home.

I've tried ringing a coulpe more times and i have now emailed to see if i get some sort of response. otherwise i'll be going down there tomorrow if i cant get hold of them forst thing in the morning..........providing the road isnt too bad!

Well i range earlier and spoke to a very helpful man who said he has receievd my email and will be getting intouch with the lady who arranges everything. and i was very nice on the phone lol

To be honest (and I caveat this with the fact that I'm super-cynical!), I would be concerned that they hadn't been organised enough to get back to me and would probably rule them out. We've had the most efficient service from our venue you could imagine and I find that really reassuring.

I discounted a few who didn't return emails or calls. Though I appreciate if it's the venue of your dreams then that's easier said than done!

They are incredibly popular and very busy and this woman runs the events for the other place that they run aswell so im not too concerned atm.........and many of my rekative and friends have been to events there before and it all was fantastic so atm im giving them the benefit of the doubt!

Ah, well that's reassuring then, I don't think I'd worry either if I knew they had a good reputation.

And the lady i originally saw was so lovely and approachable about all the awkward dietry needs my guests have. and to top it off i know poeple who own the business lol.........i went to school with their son so i could pull that straw if needed ?
