Strip Eyelashes - Who's having them and which ones?

Follies123, 7 November, 2013 at 10:18 Posted on Planning 0 12

I had my make up trial last night, which I really loved and my MUA (who is a close friend) put the individual lashes on which looked lovely but didn't give me the same affect that a pair of strip lashes would.

I would like to go for eyelure 101, is anyone else thinking of wearing these ones? They are quite vampish!

I know what you mean, I find the strip lashes open my eyes up a lot better than the individual lashes and my MUA puts them on fab!

I have lots of other things I need to be sorting out but currently this is top of the list haha!

I love Eylure lashes! I wear 107's normally but had even bigger ones on my wedding day as all my friends said they looked fab when I had my trial. I can't remember the number though. The 101's are lovely too. I found individual lashes just don't give the same effect either. Go for it!

It's hard to say without seeing a pic of you but that effect may be caused by the lash being bigger than your eye. Eylure do some lighter lashes & you can cut them down x

Sorry no advise for the strip lashes, im going to get the individual ones that last about 2 weeks so they will stay on for honeymoon too.

I highly recommend Ardell 109 lashes - they are really light her to wear but give a beautiful fullness and kick to the lashes. I use these on 50% of my brides and they love be them.

I love eylure lashes! I always wear them on nights out etc - have done for years! I had individual lashes done for my brothers wedding a few months ago and I just didn't like them as much - although no mascara was needed so it was fine when I started blubbling!

This thread has come at a grea time! I pre iously lo ed the I do usual lashes but recently I've started having bad reactions to the glue - currently have red eyes and a blocked up nose! Looks like I'll be using strip lashes on the day. Do you find they stay on okay all day and night? I haven't worn strip lashes for years!
