Oh no you really do sound stressed.

RSVPs - i've popped on a mobile phone number too incase anyone has any questions partly. I'd also consider making a box for any special dietary requirements.

I've also said that we wanted the reply 6 weeks before as we need to confirm values and details as I need to confirm them with the venue 4 weeks before and that gives us 2 weeks to chase anyone who didn't reply.

For the info - we are having the same, no wedding breakfast but I haven't mentioned it - I have refered people to our wedding website where I will give that information. If I were to include it I would put it under "order of the day" and state:

3pm - Arrival time and welcome drink served

3:30pm - Opening of the cash bar

5pm - Serving of the buffet

    12pm - Carriages

So not saying there isn't one, but making it clear there isn't IYSWIM?

I would also include in the info section some details on what time people need to leave - usually under the heading "Carriages" as above. And if you have a wedding information website then the website address / password.

Hope that helps a bit. TBH I would think your stationery designer was the best person to ask?!

Rsvp - we've put a date to have them back by 6 weeks before the wedding date so we can chase up no replies & still get numbers to venue. We've also added home phone number & mobile number.

Info - I would put something along the lines of: ceremony starts at x time, followed by reception at (time or different venue if requires) where there will be a finger buffet served at approx 6.30pm.
