Not really sure there's too much else to say! I would probably give a brief outline of what you think you might need, with the date of your wedding and numbers of each arrangement you want - if it's a popular date, they might have a few bookings already. And perhaps ask if there's any other information they need before the consultation, but in my experience they'd be happier discussing it with you in person.

    Hi there

All a florist really needs to know at this point is the date of your wedding and whether you want wedding party flowers only or arrangements for ceremony and/or reception also. This is so they can confirm availability for your date as there is only so much a florist can really take on.

My mum is a florst and generally won't take more than 3 weddings per weekend as that's the max work she and her team will realistically get through while also continuing normal business. Of course, if some weddings are small orders she may be able to fit another small wedding in.

    Hope this helps!

I would write an email that something along the lines of:

"Hi, I am getting married on xxx at xxx, and wondered if you had availability that day? If so, I would like to arrange a consultation to discuss my ideas. Would this be possible please? Thank you, Nursey"
