I've worked with Splinters a few times, they've always seemed good. They did a terrific green thai curry at one wedding! (It was a little bit different, that one!)

I'm afraid I can't comment on Jam Tartz. (I've just never worked with them)

Im using Splinters for my wedding in October.. so far Ive been really impressed with them. They came as part of our wedding package but they have been so friendly & helpful and the team were lovely when we went for our tasting session a couple of months ago.. The food was amazing too ! x

We are using Splinters as we were impressed by their menus, prices and how professional they were at the fairs we've seen them at.

I also know of many people that have used Splinters so the decision was easy.
