I hope everyone has had a great Christmas and ready for Hogmanay and a great 2009 - I know I am! Big changes afoot!
On another note, I seem to have a major surplus of Smoked Salmon, tonnes (exaggerating slightly) of the stuff.
What can I do with it? I was thinking of /food/recipes/smokedsalmonpate_66102 but I wonder if that would be okay to freeze? I have salmon coming out of my ears so can't eat it, any freezable suggestions?
