Surprise gift advice

Had the idea a while ago to get my oh a car to pick him up from home and take him to the venue/have pics etc. He loves knightrider and I've managed to find a KITT car not too far away from us.

because the total trip would be around 80 miles I've been quoted £280. I'm quite pleased with this.

im just wondering; have any of you ever done anything like this for your other half? If so did it work out well?

im sure my oh would love this but I'm just after reassurance that this isn't a crud wedding day present.

I think that's a lovely idea!! Not crud at all us girls get spoilt on our wedding day with a lot of the attention on us would be nice thing for him to have.

Go for it- I was thinking about getting something for my OH to I wanted a helicopter ride to venue but I don't think we can land a helicopter or are near a base to be honest!

I may borrow your car idea!

We often get booked as a surprise for the groom - it is a fab idea and is always really appreciated. We often get brides adding champagne or making a special mix CD to play in the camper or beetle. One bride even did a mix of her Grooms favourite childhood cartoon theme tunes!!!

I've done this for my OH! He really wanted a Bentley but wasn't in the budget. So I've done it as his surprise wedding gift! Eeeekkkk!
