I know we go away the Friday and come back the Sunday. I also specified that it shouldn't be abroad to help with peoples finances. I also know who is going. But other than that I know nothing!!

Exciting and scary at the same time! (I am a complete control freak!!) lol.

    That looks amazing Emmy!

I got my hen do invite so I've got an idea of roughly where we're going and I think I know what the theme is. I was very excited until two days ago I came down with the flu ? just hoping I'm better by Friday as as it is I don't feel up to leaving my bed ?

Oh no Lavenderblue, get better soon!

Sorry haven't been on in a while, just wanted to say everyone's sounded amazing! I forgot to add mine.

Well, what was planned was brilliant, unfortunately didn't work out like that. There was mini golf, followed by a change of outfits, my OH had laid out pre drinks, then off to Central London, for a cook your own steak, followed by a really nice club.

Near enough things worked out, had one hen who turned up to mini golf, 1 hour and 15 mins late, so we agreed to start without her, and then as we ran out of time, she actually complained that we didn't get to finish the course....? however we did play free for towards the end which was a lot more fun. We all had one shot each from the start, then once everyone had their shot, you all go onto the course and all try to put at the same time.

On the way back to where 2 hens were staying they got seriously lost, bad sat nav, so they were too late to get to mine to enjoy the pre drinks, then the train got cancelled! So another half hour late, no problem a few shots in the pub beforehand. The train journey was very awkward, as only 2 people had known about my MIL dying a week and half before, and then everyone knew, so yeah.

Dinner - wow. So they had moved into the basement of another restaurant, so we couldn't find it for ages. When we eventually ordered, 3 things were missing from the order. Not a problem. We came to order deserts, we then get this reply "I'm sorry we don't have any puddings, as we've just moved and nothings been defrosted" So we just asked for the bill and I got more and more drunk so all good. We were handed a hand written receipt because "we don't have a till" so we paid, left, and headed to the club.

Due to the amount of alcohol I'd had at pre drinks (me, my best mate and my OH) the pub, and dinner, I was now feeling like it was ok to have fun. Club was fun, a few complimentary cocktails each and a bar tab, we were in the house room, and towards the end found the cheese room, woohoo. Except I ended up bawling in the loos because I saw a mother of the groom sash, so with emotions high, alcohol and everything else, was not a great end, so felt a bit sill, but luckily only my best mate knew I had cried, so the rest of the girls had fun.

We decided to leave, no more tubes, we miss the bus we need to get back to Victoria. Eventually get a bus, to take the hourly service home. We get there 6 mins after the train leaves, so 54 min wait, oh and they close the station at night. Luckily there was a pasty shop open, eventually got the train, and made it home.

Huge effort from my bridesmaid! Just, literally anything that could go wrong did, but, where it was good, it was very fun.
