Surprise Honeymoon Ruined by Thomsons... PLEASE READ

To get up to date with the horrible situation I have found myself in, please see this post I have just put on their Facebook page

I have tonight tried to contact the store to get a refund, became upset but was told to ring back when I'd calmed down and the deputy manager hung up on me... I have tried to call back for the past 20 mins but nobody is now answering.

I would really appreciate some Hitched support on this one so that they actually take note - please like and comment!

    How awful!

    I've booked my honeymoon through Thomson, when I read the small print etc it states they will only ever deal with the lead passenger (which is me). One day I got a call from my OH in relation to the booking and asking him if he wanted to change details on it. They would have been completely prepared to deal with him and change the booking I had made if my OH hadn't called me and told me.

    What's the point in them saying they'll only deal with the lead passenger and then go against their own rules?! For this reason as well it's spoilt yoursurprise. I can see why you're livid.

    I am so pleased you wrote on Facebook ! Look at the amount of support you have got --- I also have a feeling because of the massive deal you have made open to the general public they may try and help you out more!

    I really hope you get an amazing honeymoon , I am sure you will! Don't settle kick the bas****s down !
