Surprising your OH on the day?

Flamin Nora, 9 April, 2011 at 19:20 Posted on Planning 0 4

Hi all,

I need some inspiration.... I would like to surprise my OH on the day with some entertainment or...well, I dont know! I just think it would be nice to do something for him on the day.

We have a band already booked for the evening but was thinking of booking an Irish band (his family are Irish) for the bit of the day between the breakfast and the evening guests arriving....but wondered if this was too much?

Please help - any ideas are welcome!

I've booked a mini Donkey Derby game as a surprise for mine. He's always joked that he wanted a fairground version of one at the wedding but it was too impractical and our venue doesn't have the space outside for it. So I found a small version I could hire online and have arranged it without him knowing. Can't wait to see his face :-) x

Don't know if your OH would be keen but I'd planned to arrange a suprise Ferrari ride to church for my OH - only he wanted to know what his transport is, so it's no longer a suprise! haha

I would love to arrange a sports car to pick my OH up to take him to the church but I can't find anywhere.

If you don't mind me asking...where did you book yours?

This sounds like a good idea....Can they drive it themselves? Thought the BM could join him! How much has it cost you if you dont mind me asking?

You can get self drive if that's something that interests you, but the insurance cost may be a bit hefty.

My OH is being driven in his Ferrari spider and his bestman is following in OHs other dream car - and audi Q7. OHs car has cost me £200 to be chauffered for 30mins.
