Thanks so much, this is what i have in mind. We are happy to put the whole thing through one company i.e. including the chair covers, table decor etc. Our venue includes the Orangery as per below where the ceremony will take place and a tithe barn where the breakfast and evening will take place if thats of any help.

Is that your actual venue? If so , have you asked where they sourced the trees?

On previous enquiries to hire the trees it is going to take a big chunk out of a £2K budget.
