SW books?

polly pocket, 9 February, 2009 at 20:39 Posted on Beauty & Wellbeing 0 2

Hiya bit cheeky I know but does anyone have any slimming world books for sale? I'm after just the basic books you get when you join. I've been doing ww, but not really sticking to it, so was hoping sw might be a shock to the system!

I have done it before but it was along time ago, so I know roughly the plan, a's and b's etc, and about syns.

Also if anyone has a shopping guide so I can see whats free food too.

Thanks.

Ummm, don't take this the wrong way but if you aren't sticking to WW why do you think SW will be any different? The plans both work but only if you follw them! If you decide WW isn't working for you (and it didn't suit me) then why not properly join SW and try it - only stick to it LOL! I don't see how staying on WW and meanwhile dabbling with SW will help. Particularly as I presume the rules are different, and what is ok on one plan might be a no-no on the other.

Otherwise, I'd suggest you buy the SW magazine in the shops - most newsagents etc sell it. It has lots of recipes, guidance etc in it.

    Hi,

I would have a look on e*bay - I've just brought the Extra easy plan book from there.

    Good luck
