OK - so I need to pic everyones brains. Any ideas for SW breakfasts - red or green as I am doing extra easy however for that reason any ideas that don't use healthy extras would be ace - I like leaving them until lunch.....

I like to have a big bowl of fruit salad (pineapple, melon, strawberries, grapes, apple, pear, <insert your favourite fruit here>Smiley winking, especially in weather like we're having at the moment as it's really refreshing. You can also put muller light with it if you like. Always keeps me going 'til lunchtime (have breakfast around 7am and lunch is at 12.45pm).

For a substantial point free breakfast on green, I used to have scrambled eggs (no milk, just black pepper), quorn sausages, and baked beans - very filling and all free food! yum! (I don't like other Quorn items, but do love the sausages!)

I usually have cereal (HE B) with fat free natural yoghurt, sliced banana and whatever other fruit is around - blueberries / grapes / rasps / strawbs etc. Always tastes good and keep me going till my 10.30am apple (I have brekky just after 6am). Weekends, I might have wholemeal toast and marmite instead - not as filling but just as tasty.

Do you have time to cook? Potato rosti's with bacon and tomatoes are a favourite in our house. I usually do them one morning on the weekend.

It's usually fruit and yogurt for me otherwise. Easy to eat with a 5 month old to deal with!

Yom - do you have a recipe - I usually get up 15 mins early if I am having a cooked brekkie.

    Thanks for the inspiration all.

I tend to do cereal some days and other days fruit & yogurt and maybe at the weekend things like scrambled eggs etc

I keep some of those bags of frozen fruit in the freezer and pour a bowl out when the kids get me up and then it's perfect for eating about an hour later with a mullerlight on top ?

This morning I had scrambled egg and baked beans and a coffee. Normally I have either Allbran, Branflakes or 2 scan brans with quark and cucumber on them. They seem to take me ages to chew, so it lasts longer lol. Tomorrow I'm having bacon and scrambled egg
