SW extra easy - which books?

yoyo, 16 July, 2010 at 23:31 Posted on Beauty & Wellbeing 0 1

Hi, which books do you need to follow the extra easy plan? Is it just the 'extra easy' book or do you need anymore? Also, do you know if the SW magazine has much on extra easy or is it more geared towards the red and green? Thanks

The slimming world mag is very geared up to EE, as this is the plan that SW seem to be promoting (it's fairly new I think).

I bought the little green food optimising booklet that you get when you attend the group from ebay, and follow the diet at home. Started it because my Mum, who has joined a group, was having really good results.

I've also bought the SW World of Foods cook book, which is really helpful. I also find the mag useful too, as it has lots of recipes in it. I don't have that much to loose. Just wanted to loose a bit for my holiday, so I'm only loosing about a 1-1.5lbs per week. But, I have been out for dinner each week so far and eaten what I wanted (really busy time of year), and I've still lost weight.

    Hope this helps ?

The extra easy plan has its own book. however, it is just an amalgimation of both the green and red plan - all you need to do it eat all the free food from both red and green plan but only have 1 a choice and 1 b choice. Hope this helps.
