lisaloulou, 18 October, 2009 at 17:43 Posted on Beauty & Wellbeing 0 3

Hello,

Just popped over from BT for some advice if you don't mind please.

I've got 2st I need to lose (half is baby weight and half is honeymoon weight!!). My friend and I are planning on helping each other along, whether we do our own thing or follow SW/WW etc.

Can I have your opinions please on SW and WW and which is best or which ones suit which lifestyles etc.

TIA for any comments.

    Hi...

good luck with the diet.. which ever one you choose. For me it has to be weight watchers though, you probably dont seem to eat as much as you do on slimming world... but you can have whatever you want.. as long as you take it into consideration when working out your points. I have been doing WW since the end of January this year, and have lost 5 stone 2lb.. and am now a size 12 and 10.5 stone.

    Hey!

Not sure if this'll help as I think only a couple of people replied but I posted the same question in O/T a while back. Good luck whichever you pick!

    Hiya,

I am a serial dieter and I have been on both diets. SW is definitely my favourite, you can eat much more than WW, and there is no weighing and measuring. x
