1st weigh in last night and 4.5lbs lost. Happy bunny ?
Today I have had/having:
Breakfast: 2 weetabix (HE B) with skimmed milk (HE A)
Lunch: Currently have some cous cous 'cooking' on my desk but concerned it wont fill me up so may head to supermarket in a min and get some chicken too
Dinner: Spicy chicken pasta (its a jar of sauce as we seem to have lots of them in the cupboard that we havent used. 5 syns - this annoys me as I could make one even better for free!)
Snacks: Lots of fruit and a muller light
Has anyone tried making the syn free pancakes yet? Yummers!
