SW total demotivated

It was WI last night and I STS - I'm gutted, 100% on plan ave 6 syns a day and exercised and STS total loss 8weeks 11.5lb

6.5 week 1 - EE

1.5 week 2 - EE

STS week 3 - EE

0.5 week 4 - EE

2 week 5 - Red

STS week 6 - Red

1 week 7 - Red

STS week 8 Red, 2 Green and 1 EE

I'm beginning to think that SW isn't for me :-(

any advice/suggestions guys ? before I switch to WW

    STICK TO IT!!!!! honestly, this happened to me in the beginning!! your doing execsie so muscle is building up too remember!! Also, your not mixing it up......3 whole weeks of red? your body will get used to it, chop and change!!

    Also, up your SYNS, seems ridiculous to say that but aim for ten, your body needs it!!!

    Dont let is demotivate you, get through the dip and ul lose0.5 - 2lb a week!

    Ashill I think Ive seen your comments on SW facebook page.

    I really agree with flow - change your days, change your meals, eat your syns and drink plenty of water.

    Can you stomach green tea? I remember eating out 3 times one week, deserts, drink the whole shebang but because I'd started drinking green tea I lost 3lb, Even the tablet form might work?

    Am about to fall off as i've been super good! but all my hea and heb's are grab and go's so i know they are right. I'm going to diary everything again this week and show the leader next week but if nothing moves next week i'm thinking of giving up ☹️ Hubby says its not the plan for me too which is not helping

    Last week I did 4 days red, 2 days green and 1 ee and I'm always chopping my menus around. I'm not bored but i'm not loosing! and I can lose more on WW in the same time.

    Ignore the weight loss for a minute - how are your clothes fitting? Any inches lost? Last year, when I was slimming to fit into my BM dress, I was exercising about 4 times a week. The scales showed a loss of only a couple of pounds, but I'd lost a good few inches all over and, most importantly, fit into that dress.

    I do red and green every other day. Make sure you eat a lot of the speed foods, loads of fruit and veg and plenty of water. Ask your leader to take a look at your diary. There might be something you're doing that you don't realise.

    Thanks Knees I think this is the problem - I'm on 30 day shred and 27th Day!! since i started i've lost no weight but am smaller!

    I just want the lbs to go!!

    Definitely do this... our leader told us about a woman who wasn't losing and couldn't understand why, but when her food diary was checked it turned out she'd been drinking fruit smoothies all day thinking they were free!

    I do feel your pain though as I keep losing, then putting on, then losing again. I joined way back in October (I think) and have lost about 3lb in total!! I know the plan inside out, my problem (different to you) is finding the motivation to stick to it. Especially as H needs to put on weight and it's not fair to ask him not to have any snacks in the house... but I end up eating them.

    I am considering getting back onto MyFitnessPal and logging what I eat every day... I'll still try and follow the basic SW plan, but also keep an eye on my calories and exercise. I lost weight to fit into my wedding dress by doing this and eating loads of cabbage soup. I don't want to be THAT strict again, but I think part of my problem is that I'm too familiar with SW and I need a 'stricter' plan.

    If your doing the shred thats prob why you are not losing weight.

    When i was losing weight for the wedding i was doing loads of exercize.

    I weighed 10 stone at my first fitting and was a size 12, i exercized every day and dieted like mad. On my final fitting i was still 10 stone but was a size 10.

    Measure yourself aswel as weighing!
