Sweetie buffets - tongs/scoops, quantaties and sweets

Can anyone recommend anywhere I can buy some tongs and scoops for our sweetie buffet? or even an indication on how much you've spent so that I know I'm not being ripped off?!

So far I've got 8 jars from tesco (£1.20 each total bargain) and two other jars so 10 in total - and approx 160 people - should I be betting more?

And where did you/are you buying your sweets from? any other tips greatly welcome!

    I'm currently collecting jars etc from bootfairs, charity shops etc. I'm planning on getting the tongs/scoops from ebay (lots on there) and then gonna make my friend who has a card to come to the cash and carry with me for all the sweets. Havn't worked out quantities or anything so far so can't help with that.

    I'm having same thoughs about quantities of sweets, not sure how much to get. I'm getting mine from various supermerkets, mainly Aldi (49p for a bag of jelly babies - bargin!) Also got my sweetie bags and tongs from Amazon.

    Thanks girls, I'll look on amazon and ebay for the tongs and will try Aldi for sweets!

    We got 3 scoops off ebay £1.20, jars £1 from Ikea, sweets from Makro and Costco.
