Table crystals

Hmm, not sure, I'd be tempted to order one bag of them and do a little mock up to see how far one bag went.

Are they cakes...?

Anyway, just thinking of some simple (and cheap) ideas to make the hotel's conference facilities that we are using not look quite as much like a hotel's conference facilities.

I would like to know the answer to this too, because we are planning on using these on our tables.

I ordered some from another lady on there and she reccommends 500-600 crystals per table (not that your going to count them out) but just an estimate, it just depends on how sparkly you want your tables to be, i tried mine out on a mirror.. Good effect!

I only bought 6 bags of crystals as I thought that may be enough as I only want to scatter them a little bit on the mirror plates rather than on the table itself... do I need to buy more? I have 10 tables... eek!

Ive got 3 bags(3000) for 6 tables which i should think would be enough as i dont want loads, just on the mirrors.

I used about 100 per table for my own wedding and that was scattering the crystals on the mirror around the vase. You don't really want them scattered all over the table because glasses, plates etc are then off balance.

First, we need a bigger budget...

I also haven't got tons for each of my tables- I just wanted a sprinkle of colour. How many tables have you got AJ?

Depends on our final numbers but I believe the large table seats 12 and the venue requires minimum 100 evening guests so probably 7 or 8 plus top table.

I wanted to get some of these just to continue the colour theme through and break up some of the white.

For those of you who bought from fleabay... are they sparkly at all? I can't justify the cost of the swarovski ones for 10 tables!!!

I got mine from ebay and I think they look fine, I am only using mine to go on the mirror plates anyway rather than on the table itself but I think I may have to order more as I dont think I have enough

I've just ordered 2000 for 6 tables plus top table. But also have snowflake confetti so think the crystals will just go round the centrepieces. Maybe I will order another 1000 just in case!

I think 500 seems an awful lot on one table. I would buy 2-3 packs AJ.
