Im having this problem too. Thinking about making my table names free standing so that I don't need them!

Our venue is providing basic ones so we're not buying any but you could try IKEA, Poundland/stretcher or those kind of shops. May not be as stylish as you want but might be more reasonable. What are you having for centrepieces? If you're having candelabras you could hang them from one of the arms.

    Hi,

I bought the usual chrime ones and am spraying them with plastikote in antique white (the cream was too yellow for my tastes). it seems to take well and though it will chip I think it will do the job. Also going to decorate them with pearls I think, if I have time.

Providing they stay intact I was planning on selling them on - so if you can wait till after June I may have done the job for you!

Have you checked with your venue as most supply them but they are normally chrome rather than ivory. You could try catering equipment suppliers for some ivory ones.

I've got these and on one half we will have the table number and the other side will be the menu Smiley smile

if you google "Ikea frame for wedding" there are loads of examples of how to display them.

I second the ikea ones - absolute bargain, double sided and easy to sell on after wedding if you so wish.

Just found out my venue has some holders I can use otherwise I was going to get them.

    Hey.

Do you need table name holders? When is your wedding? I have tall cream butterfly holders and will be selling after wedding! Got mine off Ebay.

We get Married end of May.

I bought 22 of those ikea ones for 79p

Not sure why I got so many, I just don't go to an IKEA often! I'll be selling all of mine after July :-)
