Table Planning / Seating Arrangements

lou-sweeney, 15 February, 2011 at 21:18 Posted on Planning 0 3

I'm struggling to do my seating arrangements for my wedding breakfast.
I have them jotted down on paper now I'm finding it hard to do it "neat".

I've tried looking for free software i've tried doing it on "word" and I can't do it

Can anyone suggest anything as it's not far off my wedding and i'm panicking now.

It's also causing me sleepless nights worrying about it.

I'm buying a frame, stand and table planner but don't know where to go from there.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you Ladies!

I'm printing the individual tables on plain 6x4 index cards. You could probably do that with Word and just set the paper size to postcard. I have a full on desktop publisher (Quark) but you can get stripped back ones for free that would do the job. Page Plus by Serif is a freebie and pretty good.

    Hope that helps!

When you say you're buying a table planner what exactly do you mean?

    Hi Lou,

Have you thought of something like this:

There would be no worries about being 'neat' with this - you could print postcards via http://uk.moo.com/products/postcards.html or similar...

On one side you could upload a photo of you both and the other side could be the table and guest names :-)

Don't worry about it thou - am sure it'll all work out in the end :-)

    keep us posted

This is what I mean by a Table Planner.
