I'm planning to only have our centre pieces (jam jars / tea lights) on the tables. Oh, along with the table number of course, not having favours.

I think this will be more than enough as by the time guests are sitting down and there's various bottles of wine, water, and the like on the table there won't be space for much more!

I'm having candle centrepieces and flowers, obviously glasswear and cutlery, napkins etc. The only other things will be a table number, menu and place names. Favours aren't going on the tables.

Bottles of wine and beer will be in a wine bucket at the side of each table to leave space.

We're having our jam jar tealights with the table number attached to the largest one and nothing else. Our BBQ is being served on platters on the table so we need as much room as possible.

We didn't have much really - the room was gorgeous so we kept it quite minimal.

We're not having a sit down meal and being quite informal but are having white tablecloths, coloured table runners, fishbowl filled with coloured water beads with the balloons coming out of there and then an LED tea light at each side in a decorative box with a pattern cut out of the side. It still giveeople room for their drinks and plates from hog roast and pie and peas Smiley smile

Not a huge amount to be honest, we don't want them to look too cluttered.

There will be place names, the table name, centrepiece (flowers in a tall vase), menu, favours and tealights.

We're having long tables of eight, 4 each side... not the traditional round tables. Soo at one end we'll have a floral arrangement in a vintage teapot/milk jug and at the other we've got a retro kids game (Kerplunk, Hungry Hippos, Buck-a-roo etc). They are all travel size so shouldn't take up too much space.

    Hi everyone,

If your not putting favors on the tables, where will you be putting them?

We had our cake plates in the centre and then the vintage tea cups as favours. That was pretty much it.
