I know I'm not the most intelligent person about but I did think I would be able to use a telephone.
I'm flying to Ireland tomorrow and wanted to telephone the hotel to confirm there is somewhere to store my bags until I can officially check in. I got the telephone number from the website but it won't work, I tried another hotel in the same chain but couldn't get that to work either. I must be doing something wrong ... anybody help?
