Chief Bridesmaid: best friend, known since I was 11 - been great with helping with everything - she's 25

Other Bridesmaids: H2b's sister, who is 23

Flower Girl: Chief bridesmaid's daughter, she's 3

Best man: H2B's best friend

Ushers: 2 other frinds of H2B (aged 25 and 26), my brother who's 22

Witnesses: not decided yet

Page boys: none!

Maid of Honour - My Sister - will be 32

Flower Girl - Cousin - will 4

Page Boy - Nephew - will be 3& a half

Best Man - H2B's eldest brother

Ushers - Brother & H2B's cousin

Decided I wasn't going to have any more bridesmaids - but want to involve my other cousin & H2B's sister maybe with readings or something.?

We had:

Maid of Honour: my sister (43)

Bridesmaids: my cousin (28) and my niece (20)

Flower Girl: none

Best man: H's brother (30)

Ushers: my brother (45) and our mutual friend Jonny (28), who was responsible for us meeting 11 years ago

Witnesses: MoH and best man

Page boys: my nephew (2.5) and H's second cousin (2.75)

Bridesmaids: My sister who will be 36, my best friend from school (31) and another good friend (41). I can't decide who to have as chief bridesmaid so I don't think I will bother.

Flower Girl: My best friend's little girl who will be nearly 5

Best man: OHs brother and best mate. He's having 2 because his brother is doing the photography as well.

Ushers: 3 of OHs friends.

Witnesses: No idea.

Page boys: My 3 yr old nephew

BMs - my sis (23) and best mate (27)

Best man - might not have one, poss FIL

Not bothering with ushers, FG, PB etc

Witnesses - my best mate from uni (27) and poss FIL

one of my SIL's is doing a reading and other SIL making/icing cake

Maid of Honor: My Big sister who will be 30

Bridesmaids: Two best friends from school, both will be 26.

Flower Girl: My niece 5 & OH's great niece who will also be 5. - They will look so cute together!!!

Best man: OHs brother (he was best man at his wedding)

Ushers: OH's cousin (he was best man at his wedding too) and OHs best mate - they have been friends since school

Page boys: OH's nephew who will be 5 and other one 4.

Witnesses/Readings: No idea. Want to involve my bestest cousin but don't know where to use her!!!!

I had

Chief Bridesmaid: best friend, met at secondary school - 23.

Other Bridesmaids: oldest (as in longest!) friend, we met on our first day of preschool and have been friends ever since, and my best friend from university - both 23.

Flower Girl: Didn't have one

Best man: H had 2 - both friends from school - 23 and 24. One was wonderful and one was a bit rubbish and it was the opposite way round to what we'd been expecting. They were both great on the day though.

Ushers: Our brothers - H's who were 28, 26 and 18 and mine who was 22.

Witnesses: our mums

Page boys: didn't have any.

best man wAs one of H'smates (who is also currently living with us after losing his job!) he is around the 40 mark!

we also had two readers - two of our close friends who majorly helped with wedding planning. one turned 30 2 weeks after the wedding and the other is 36

Chief Bridesmaid: A friend whom I worked with in theatre. We are sooo different and yet such good friends, we dont have any common interests apart from theatre, red wine and a few secrets.

Others - 2 friends doing readings and 2 friends performing during the signing of register. They are blooming amazing together (one plays guitar, other sings) and are going to surprise us with their own choice of song.

Maid Of Honour: - My big sister, she was 25 when we got married.

Flower Girls: - Our 2 neices (my sisters children). The eldest was 6 and the youngest was 5 at our wedding

Best Men: - H wee brother, who was 22 and his cousin who was 23 when we got married. H has been very close to his brother and cousin all his life and said he couldn't pick between the two of them, so we had both!

Usher: - Our BIL (sisters husband) who was 31 when we got married.

Page Boy: - Our 2 year old son, Kyle!! He was adorable in his wee kilt complete with plaid. We made sure he was dressed the same as his daddy because he looks so much like his daddy his nickname is 'mini me'.

Witnesses: - My sister and H brother signed the registrar as our witnesses.

My bridesmaids were all our sisters - i have 1 H has 2, my sister was my unofficial chief bridesmaid and helped out loads with planning, H's sisters were a bit hopeless really but i felt as though i had to ask them

Best Man was H's brother - he's his best friend too, and tbh there's no one else that H would have wanted as his best man

Didn't have flower girls or page boy.

Bridesmaids: my best mate who I've known since we were 11, she's 27 and married to her school sweetheart ?, and my little sister who is 24. Both are gorgeous and fabulous so don't need one to be chief!

Best Men: my OH's best friends who met at uni, one is in a band and a bit of a rockstar with a leather jacket permanently attached (will look great with a kilt!) and the other is a larger than life straight talking southerner. Both are mad as hatters!

Witnesses: er haven't really thought about it yet!

Usherettes - The 2 fiances of the Ushers (who are my best friends!) - they're going to help with setting up tables and one of them is going to wear my engagement ring during the ceremony

Redkezza - love the idea of having FIL2B holding the rings - I might steal this as we're in a similar situation where mums, siblings and my dad are all involved and his dad isn't!

MOH: My best friend. I was hers last year, and caught her BQ, and now by more coincidence than design we are getting married on the same date this year.

BMs: My brother's gf, H2B's brother's gf, and my god sisters who will be 10 (twins) so not sure if they are BMs or FG?

Ushers: H2B's 3 best friends. One of who will also be toast master as we wanted him to have a better job than just usher.

Other Bridesmaids: my best friend (didn't show up because she felt fat the night before) and my oldest friend (duely sacked around 5 months before wedding due to her being seriously rude and insulting about our choices for our big day)

Flower Girl: Cousin's daughter (aged 11), another Cousin's two daughters, bridesmaid (aged 5) and honorary flower girl (aged 2)

Best man: H's brother

Ushers: H's two good mates (been around forever!!)

Witnesses: H's witness was our sister in law (she was a last minute bridesmaid as we didn't think one of mine was going to show) and my witness was my 'second dad'

Page boys: we had an honorary usher, my cousin's son (aged 12)
