Been with OH for ages, been married nearly 2 years now (has gone so quickly!) in Santorini, Greece.

Being in the wedding business feeds my addiction for all things wedding related! Nice to read a bit more about yourselves! xx

Hi im Mini [and like panda and flow- people call me this irl now] im 28 and my toyboy emo is 26.

We are both customer service managers in the same office...doing the same role. Its how we met, although back then he was a trainee and I was his manager-he has caught me up the clever clogs he is [tho I would never tell him this!!]

We have his children every weekend [ex permitting] and generally like to take them out and about. When we do have time togeher we go out for dinner and a few drinks in our old man local.

Getting married on 24th September this year- theme is "Not weddingy" and the groom will wear converse.

Hi all, have been using hitched for a bit now and also havent introduced my self.

Im 27 next month and live with my fiance who is also 27 next week. we live together with our two cats lilo and stitch in our home we bought nearly two years ago. we have been together for 11 years now we met in french class at the age of 15 and have been inseperable ever since.

i am a nursery nurse and work with pre school children. im currently on ww trying to lose some wieght for the wedding ( i say that as i am sat eating a drumstick lolly lol! )

we got engaged in the dominican republic in 2006 and we are getting married 31st march 2012 at the oak farm hotel in cannock. not got much booked as of yet and we are trying to decide on a colour scheme at the mo, we did want purple but i fell in love with a cornflower blue bridesmaid dress the weekend so not sure now.

im off dress shopping on sat as i havent started my search yet so need to get my butt into gear.

I'm 22, a final year MA student. Almost finished and i'm honest to god done with uni then. No more degrees, at least not for a while! Been with Mr DWC four and a bit years, engaged just over two years. Got engaged 7th Feb 2009. I was a joint winner for the best proposal story in the hitched awards in 2009 ? Not planned a single thing yet! We're only just starting to look now and hoping to get married in August 2012, which is the date we originally said all those years ago when mr DWC proposed.

I studied biochemistry at uni, but hated it, so found myself a random job instead and I'm now called a management accountant. H2b is a new business manager in the travel industry.

h2b and I are in the process of buying our first house ? I love classic minis, skiing and laughing so much that I can't breathe, and I'm another coriander hater, yuck!

Hi I'm Jane. I'm 27 and my OH is 29. We have been together for just over 8 years. Brought our first house in 2008.He finally proposed last August in a sunny spot in Cornwall. We get married on the 17th September this year.

I'm a fully qualified Veterinary Nurse and have what i call a big fat ginger cat called Angus. I've got a motorbike (my beautiful fireblade!!) and love fast cars!!!

I can't wait for our wedding as we're having a hog roast and i'm a bit of a tom boy so me in a wedding dress should hopefully really surprise my OH.

Im Naboo, married Mr Naboo in April after 10 years together, have a 1 year old labrador who is my baby and is snoring loudly at my feet as I type, I like cooking for anyone who will eat it and would love to have my own tea room with loads of cakes! I also like travelling, red wine and coriander mmmmmm

I am skybright,i am 33 and have two girls (almost 16 and 13) and a boy(3). I have been with my OH for 12 years and finally getting married in September. I work in mental health services and have done this in wards/community for the last eight years. I love my job for the most part although there are so many changes currently within the NHS that it is a bit of a minefield and the uncertainty for lots of people is rubbish...i do not envy any newly qualified or student nurses in my area at the moment.

I am very very happy to finally be getting married although i was never really that bothered before...it has changed a lot in recent months!

I have a very old weimarana dog who i love,i like going to the pub once a week (although this tends to be a couple of hours after a shift these days),eating chicken korma and roast beef monster munch plus a mint areo and a bottle of Smirnoff ice ...in that order..perfect night!.

Forgot to add, we want to have a DIY, as eco as possible do on a budget. We want to do as much as possible ourselves, including flowers and decorating the venue. Also hoping some of our very talented family are going to help us out to keep the costs down. Asking an uncle and a cousin to do photography, planning to ask uncle to be our chauffeur in his posh car and planning on buying a lot of lavender plants to do my own table centres. Also trying to work out whether to ask family to make cake or just do it myself. I'm going to be a wreck by the time it comes round!

I'm 23 years old, i love in Chester. I'm an Admin Assistant for an insurance company. Bought our own house last yar, moved in 1st Oct, vcer proud achievement.

Thanks to Jenny for starting this post, such a good idea and I've found it so interesting reading about everyone!

I'm 30 (chronologically at least - mentally I'm at least, oooh 9 years younger ?) and my OH is 28. At 23 months younger than me he delights in calling me a 'cougar'! I'm currently working in talent development for a financial services company in London but next year I'll finally start my dream job as a trainee solicitor ? OH is a carpet fitter and later this year we are heading off to Australia to do the 12 month working holiday visa ?

Known my OH for 12 years and we'll have been together for 2 years in August. He proposed to me on the balcony of our chalet while we were on our skiing holiday in Meribel in March, it was a complete surprise as prior to that he had been rubbishing the idea of marriage! He asked my nan's permission for my hand in marriage (I'm estranged from my parents - long story) and phoned two of my closest friends to get ideas for my ring, which he ended up picking out all by himself and which I totally love.

We are getting married in 2013 once we have become accustomed to life back in the UK ?

As for likes I am with dion on the gigs - going to KOL in 2 weeks but sadly not doing Glasto this year. Right behind Doris 5/10 on Twilight! and MrsApplesToBe on Zumba and reality tv ? It has to be rose wine for me though!

As for dislikes it would have to be marmite, two-faced people and UK winters ☹️

Hey, my name is Georgia, I am 23, work in London as a Legal PA and live in Essex. I have been with my other half for the best part of 5 years and we are planning to get married on 15 June 2013, we got engaged on holiday last september all very romantic and unexpected ?. My likes are wine (and lots of it), clubbing, reading and socialising with friends. My dislikes are people that are 2 faced, the tube and TV shows that are the american version of anything British!
