Thailand in October for our Honeymoon

Hello we have booked our honeymoon to Thailand next February. I was unsure where to stay and islands and then I started doing lots of research and now it's finally booked!!

we are staying in Bangkok for 3 nights at The Royal Orchid Sheraton.

6 nights in Chiang Mai at the Dusit d2.

7 nights in Koh Samui at Tongsai Bay.

We booked through Kuoni, they where really good with us. We have never been before but I can't wait!

If you're honeymooning in October you'd be better sticking to the islands on the west coast as the weather will be better there than on the east coast, although it's still a bit of a crossover period so you might not get perfect weather. When in October do you plan on travelling? Phuket is one of the more popular places on the west coast, but if you want somewhere a bit quieter, try Khao Lak.

We are off to Thailand in January, 3 nights in Bangkok at the banyan tree and 7 nights in koh ya noi's paradise resort, went through turquiose holidays. I guess where you go is dependent on what the weather will be like when you go as koh ya noi is great in Jan but not sure what it would be like in Oct.
