The bar is open!!!

Saracroft251, 17 October, 2008 at 14:57 Posted on Planning 0 30

I have on offer tonight, white wine, red wine, Jacobs creek sparkling Rose (por moi!) and loads of spirits available ?

So who wants what?

My plans for this weekend involve decorating the new house and picking bits of dried paint out off my hair!!! ?

Fiona - I didnt know about your nan, I want to give you a huge hug and send you some Hitched support, here you go ?

Claireac- our new house!!! (rented) it was a dump, so we got the rent reduced on the grounds that we did all the painitng and hard core DIY. A decision I may live to regret ? as it has been almost 3 weeks and the downstairs still needs a second coat of paint and all the glossing doing. Although we are allowed Cats and Dogs at the new place, which I am very excited about!!! ?

I think I must have been drunk when I agreed to move house. More wine anyone???

    White please. Large glass!

I haven't had a drink all week, and I'm working all weekend.

I edit way better with a hangover!

    Cheers!

I'll have a white wine & lemonade please.

I've only recently discovered wine & after many tries of bottles , i found one i really liked & now i can't find it anywhere & i love it.

So if anyone has any recommendations for me they will be gratefully recieved.

The one i liked was J.P Chenet (sp) it had an orange label & it was medium sweet , i really can't drink dry.

    Thanks hun,

Its my h2b nan, I have never met her in the 3 1/2 years we have been together. She was in a home with alzeimers (sorry on spelling), she had imomina (again sorry on spelling!) in the end. Hay she was a good age 89, I hope I get to that! Maybe horrible thing to say but h2b agrees last few years she has been exsisting with it not knowing anyone. I feel for his mum, as she went to see her a number of times a week. But she has 2 grandchildren to keep her busy no not mine. Sil boys!

White Wine please a large on, if you have one of them glasses that hold a bottle i'll have one of them please.

We have got OH step-daugther this weekend, she's 10 so pretty much looks after herself.

Having friends over for tea tomorrow, then gym in the morning and then it's my niece's 2nd Birthday party. And Sunday we've been invited to the Best Man's for Sunday Dinner, so quite a busy weekend planned.

Let's hope it doesn't go to fast.

    P.S. T-Minus 32 minus until I leave work
