Well he really is a T***er isn't he? Whichever of you files has to pay the court costs. Unless you are planning on getting married in church next time then it doesn't matter who files. He is in a great hurry so I'd let him pay.

If he (you both) wants the quickest resolution then go for adultery without naming a third party. In this case you will want to file, but get him to give you the money.

Either way, you are well rid. If I were you I'd be tempted to just let him do what he wants, even though it must hurt for him to accuse you of unreasonable behaviour, it's a means to an end and means you don't have to pay the costs. The sooner he is out of your life the better.

I don't know the ins and outs or the implication but all I can think is do everything in your power to cut all ties with him and start again. If this means you being down as unreasonable behaviour or whatever then surely so be it.

I'd like to say that I was fine, but I'm not. This week has been hard so far and everyone in the office is pushing on my last nerve with their inane drivel. Which normally wouldn't phase me.

I don't think anyone is expecting you to just be ok about it. It is ok to be hurt, upset, angry, whatever emotion you want or need to be.

Fittie has offered to cook dinner for me tonight, so that's what is getting me through work at the moment. Although he's pretty down too as one of his friends was killed in a car crash on Monday night and his other friend, who was passenger is critical in Royal Sussex.

I have a week booked off from 30th Sept so I am counting down the days.
