Whilst I see what the head was trying to do i'm sure there are better ways of going about it.

Also a note i capitals telling people not to be doormats actually comes across as being quite rude....good on you all for not accepting rudeness from him, never mind the kids!

and another's who thought that telling you you'd sit in the office after work and couldn't go home until you got a customer in for the next day was motivational
