Thinking people look like you

Hmm, I can sort of see it but I wouldn't have particularly said she looks like you.

I'm always doing this about really attractive people and keep finding myself saying to H "ooh, that actress looks like me! Who is she?" "Um, Scarlett Johannsen and no, she doesn't" ??

I get people saying "ooh I know someone who looks just like you" - on the rare occasion I have seen the person they mean, I totally haven't seen it

Unfortunately for Scarlett, it's a no from me. ?

I haven't seen it, MrH is watching some daft programme about real life prison breaks ?

I have a couple of friends who whenever I am talking about them I always say "you know Emma don't you? looks just like me" I realised a few weeks ago they don't look anything like me (or me them!) people must've thought me quite strange ?

I was reading a factual book recently which had some photographs in and there's a girl in one of them who looks just like me. I showed the photo to my Mum and she thought it was me! It's only because I know I wasn't in Chicago in 2007 that I'm certain it's not me! Freaky. Mum wants me to contact the author to find out who my long lost twin is.

I don't think I look like anybody else really. However, I have pretended not to be myself in order to avoid conversations with people I don't know that well. ?

At uni, a new boyfriend took me home to meet his parents. His mum declared I looked just like Keira Knightley 'but prettier'. His dad piped up 'And a bit chubbier' [:'(]

? at Hickory- although it wouldn't be hard to be chubbier than Keira Knightley, let's be honest.

A friend once told me I was the spitting image of Helen Baxendale- I think it's more a facial expression than anything else although we have similar noses and I had the same hairstyle/colour at the time- it was when she played Emily in Friends. I've trotted that one out for years whenever people ask if you look like someone famous, until someone pointed out that I really don't look like her at all, and it's true, I'm about 3 stone heavier these days for a start, and HB doesn't have a double chin or chubby cheeks.

I've been told ever since I was a teen that I look like Gillian Anderson. Can see it more as I get older. I think it's the pointy chin.

This is a favourite Friday afternoon game at my work after a good lunch. Last week it descended into canine comparisons. It was suggested that this pooch looks like me ?

I must have a very common recognisable face as I get told I look like people all the time.

The main ones are Cameron Diaz, Kelly Brook, Martina Hingus, Kelly MacDonald and her from The Mummy films cant remember her name.

I get told I look like Cameron Diaz ALL the time by complete strangers so I have figured I must look like her!
