its taking AGES to tick all my 'invites sent' .

is it not possible to skip this part as I already have my list of people coming so I don't need to say I've sent them all invites...!?!?

Hi, I've just had a look. I like that you have the option of laying it out as you wish, as realistically as possible, but my wedding will have an odd layout, with some rectangular tables running like sprigs off the top table, and while I can add rectangular tables to the plan I can't seem to rotate them, which would be helpful. As it stands, I'm better off using pen and paper as I can make it more accurate that way!

Another one to say it should be an option to tick all in the guest manager for invitations. I also had the same problem when I went to print in PDF, first time I tried I couldnt read the names as they overlapped, second time they were teeny tiny names.

Also when I put 6 people on the top table it wouldn't let me centre them, making it look like we were all sitting down one end of the table.

Good other than this and will keep looking at it

Had a little play, love the idea, we are having odd shape tables, rectangular but including people at the ends of the tables if you could incorporate the ability to have 4 sides and say how many per side that would be fab.

I can't find an option to rotate the tables?

Is there a way to get the print set up changed? Whenever I go to print the tables overlap onto 2 pages, due to the key at the top.

Also, when you go to PDF, you can not see all of the tables, if they don't fit into marked area.

Dunno if this can be worked on, just passing on my views.

Rotation is something that we will be working on as a priority for an enhancement.

I have taken note of the feedback regarding the printing and pdf functions, and this will be being looked into ASAP.

I'm finding this pretty good so far. It would be good if each time you saved it didn't automatically go back to 100% view as if you are having quite a few people there is no way you can see the whole room unless you go down to about 30%

It works better for me than the guest manager which needs a bit of work as there a quite a few bugs on there.

I do think this is a great feature, but I am STILL trying to add guests etc, 3 hours after starting! I only have 65 guests.... I feel for anyone having a huge wedding!

The page is jumping all over the place and when selecting RSVPs it is so so so slow to update.

Thought I would have a play, and after entering 60 guests and putting the tables where I want, the guest list on the side of the planner refuses to load. However it worked fine yesterday with just 15 guests!

Thank-you for highlighting some of the issues with regards to the guest manager being slow and the time taken to update guests details with the RSVP information.

As we speak we are currently working on enhancing this so that it is simpler and quicker for you to use.

The enhancements you will see in the near future are:

- The ability to select multiple guests and mark them as invited to your wedding, and be able to select that multiple guests have accepted the RSVP, with one simple step, instead of individually.
- The ability to be able to upload guest information from an excel spreadsheet, or from an email account such as hotmail or gmail.

If anyone is experiencing particular difficulties or their guest list has frozen/not working at all, even after refreshing the page or opening and closing the window, please email me at aimee@hitched.co.uk

We have this afternoon fixed a bug with table planner that a few people have raised to our attention.

The bug was regarding the table planner freezing when loading guests.

This problem has now been fixed and I hope that those of you have been experiencing problems will be able to continue to use the table planner.

Can you please add a function to be able to rotate rectangle tables so that they can be placed going down the room rather then length ways iyswim. Thank you.

Really beautiful

Found it a bit crap, couldn't rotate the tables, and when I tried to make my rectangular tables longer, it crashed it completely, the tables ended up just being chairs and there was no longer an option of dragging it to move or delete it, it wouldn't respond, had to make an entirely new plan.

Just tries to use it as thought it would be great to give to my venue so I can tell then exactly where I want people sat.

Defo needs the multiple guest ticking option my invites and RSVP's I've had back so have taken me about an hour to do 62 guests.

When trying to seat people the selection lists freeze's everyone I have seated so the ones I haven't scroll over the top and you can't see whats what.

Also the names overlap once they are seated ? I've only done my head table and now given up! Will try again if it is sorted before I need to send to the venue next month.

Will be good though once all the little bits are resolved.
