Hi Ladies,

As you can see by my details, I normally post on the wedding planning part of the forum but like most of you on this part of the forum.. I am trying to lose weight!!

I have come across a site that I think may interest you, its free to sign up & is really easy to navigate.

I only started on it yesterday so cant tell yet what & how quickly the results are.

    [:'(] I'm obese!!

    I just did the quick test, and my BMI is at 31! I was a skinny-mini before motherhood!!

    I think this would work well for me, (I know I'd just skip sw/ww classes) and then do a weekly weigh-in at a place in town! I'm dreading to log what I actually eat as I know I pick loads!! lol

    Well apparently I am just under the obese bit but looking back at my holiday pics, I think I am WAY into the obese part. I didnt realise just what a lard arse I had got until I saw the pics from my hols...

    To be fair though.. its quite a while ago that I was slim... I've just kept piling it on & tried to make the best of a bad job.. Anyway this food focus thing seems to be doing the job of shocking me into how much crap I eat at the wrong time of day. (like theres a right time of day to eat crappy food..lol)

    According to my dash board, if I carry on as I have been so far.. I'm on for losing 2/3 lbs this week... I am upping my exercise regime so my poor dog doesnt know what has hit her this week, shes getting 2 long walks per day

    Oooh I have lost 3lbs this week using the food focus site.

    Tracking everything has certainly made me think twice about what I am shoveling in my tum!!

    Help! not sure if its me being a bit slow but on the home page i've got;

    calories eaten, less exercise calories, net calories, net calorie goal (understand those bits!) but whats the next one, normal calories burnt & difference?

    for what i've eaten today (only done 115 exercise calories) i've got a difference of -790. does that mean i'm not eating enough? i've not missed any meals n eating what i think is about normal.

    Thanks for sharing the food diet , i can see some improvement in myself , i have yet not measured on any machine but i think i have managed to lose some pounds .
