Yes I do, but I tend not to count excercise. Also (my daily allowance is 20 btw) I tend to use about 18 during the week, that way I have a bit of lea way (sp?) for the weekend, or for special occasions like a wedding (had one on Fri or meals out, got one tom and Fri!) I have been doing it for 3 weeks and have lost 3.5 lbs. I am sooo pleased with this as I only wanted to lose about 5-6lbs and have been trying to do so all year - lol! Wish I'd joined WW sooner!!!! xx

I always use all of my points but not my exercise points. I'm on 24 points at the moment and have lost a stone in 5 weeks.

I tend to look at the week overall, rather than on a daily basis. Some days I might be way under on points, but I usually have a bit of a blow out at the weekend and use them up. I am lucky though as I get an extra points allowance as I'm breastfeeding which comes in handy, if I were on the standard points I suspect it would be more difficult.

Always. The whole point of having the points is it's the necessary calories and sat fat you need to consume to lose weight. I may not have eaten them all every day, but I always made sure I'd have eaten them by the end of the week. Also I never ate below 16 in one day.

Lots of people tend to think if you save some and don't use them you'll lose quicker. In fact long term the opposite is true. It's not a starvation diet. If you're struggling, up your portion sizes or eat more fruit.
