Hello, I'm new to this and with less than a year until our wedding, I'm struggling with my weight. Having thought I was just run down after a big move and new job, I was diagnosed last November with an underactive thyroid. 7 months on and my levels have been checked and appear 'managed', joined a gym and changed my diet, I'm 'still' feeling heavy and anxious about trying on dresses until I've lost my first stone (have two to lose)....any help/advice or tips would be most welcome
