Tiaras?

Pink Han-bag, 25 October, 2012 at 15:39 Posted on Planning 0 11

Any ideas where I can look for ones that don't cost a small fortune?

I haven't seen any I like yet.

Jon Richard do some nice ones for a reasonable price - they have their own website, but they also sell them in Debenhams too so you can physically go and see them. I fell in love with one on their website and then stumbled across it by chance in Debenhams and loved it even more in real life.

This is mine from Jon Richard for £40 (although it was cheaper when I bought it a few months ago):

thank you, yes I do try to keep the prices as reasonable as possible and they are all on sale or return so no worries about what to do if you don't like something

Thanks all. In the end I've found a couple I like on ebay, will keep watching them and see what happens. I just don't want to pay loads.

I've looked at various websites and I haven't found any I like yet unfortunately.

    Hi

I'm now moving away from making tiaras and going down the millinery route. So I actually have several that I am going to be selling off fairly cheaply. If you'd like to email me with any images of sorts of things you are looking for and if I have something suitable I can let you know.

Yes, don't forget to check the for sale section as people sell theirs at a reduced price (mine is for sale for £25 despite never being worn) and if you don't mind it being second hand, you can get a good bargain and still have a beautiful tiara

I got my tiara, diamante hair comb and all the BMs tiaras from here! Mine was £14.99 and you'd never know it...

They do all different sizes and styles and are really cheap. They are all made in China (hence the cheap prices) but their warehouse is in the UK so fast postage and easy returns.

They were slightly flimsy but I prefer this as the headbands could be bent to fit the shape of your head; I was a BM last year and the tiara digged into my head all day and it was awful, these are really comfy as they are flexible, they just need a grip through the loop on the end and they stay in fine. They are cheaply made but don't look it and let's face it, it's only going to be worn for a day!

Really can't recommend this company enough ? xxx
