Ticking things off the list feels great doesn't it?

Pink Han-bag, 9 January, 2013 at 08:50 Posted on Planning 0 6

This last week I've ticked loads off the to do list and also paid off a lot of things, it feels fab!

I finally feel like most things are coming together and things are actually planned, I can start to see in my head what it'll look like on the day and I'm excited!

80 days to go now, hopefully I can relax a bit ?

Hi, I have to agree. I've had a really productive week and love everytime I tick something off (or should I say change the colour on my excel spreadsheet!!! Sad, so sad Smiley winking

We're 17th March so not long now - I think its 68 days so only a little before you. I am excited, stressed and terified all at the same time, how about you?

    Glad things are coming together.

    Happy ticking xx

This is good. My to-do list still seems immense.

? I havent gone soo colourful. My to do list is just black, with things I need to book in red. My to do list for paying people is colour coded per month, and then I strike it out once paid.

Either way, I'm running out of red things! Its great!! I'm also striking off a fair amount now, I dont think I've stopped! My calendar is filling up though! I've got 2 months today til the wedding ? So far the only days off work between now and the wedding, without anything wedding related are Wednesdays 6th and 20th Feb and Sundays 20th & 27th Jan and 3rd Feb! Thats like 5 un-wedding related days, and I've still got to fit cake and photographer in them, and a second dress fitting! If this Sunday's shopping trip is unsuccessful, I may need another too.

I love it I love it I love it! Ticking things off and making them green on my spreadsheet is literally one of my favourite things ever! Only you guys can appreciate this - I was talking to my friend about it but funnily enough she just didn't seem to be as excitable as me!

I love how this wedding madness is driving us all as crazy as each other - the only time I feel sane at the moment is when I'm looking on here realising its not just me.

Hopefully those of us with imminent weddings will be adding lots of colour or strike throughs to our spreadsheets over the next couple of weeks. I set myself a target of having everything done by the first week of Feb so that I can relax and enjoy the run up - and have time for my dress fittings. That might be an impossible target but at least it has spurred me on this last week Smiley smile

My hen do is 2nd Feb so it'll be nice to have a lot done by then. I'm lucky that I'm a SAHM so I have some time in the week for appointments and anything I need to make etc.

We're going to the jewellers on Friday afternoon and once I know things are sorted with the rings I'll be happy as that's the main outstanding thing now.

I need to book some beauty appointments as well!
