That Dress is gorgeous! Very very nice!!

I think a veil would be lovely with it, but it's how you feel wearing one. I'm not having one, haven't decided what to do with my hair yet either but defo don't want a veil. x

Hmmm, have you tired a veil on? I didnt want one, and mum insisted i had one (she is quite religious and wants my shoulders covered in the church) so when i tried one on I said to the lady I wanted the smallest discreet one possible and ended up with one as long as my train which I LOVE!!!! I do plan to take this off at the reception, and just leave my tiara.

I think you need to try one on really and see how you feel!

Have you had any thoughts on what you want to put in your hair if anything?

WGBS. if you felt a bit silly with it on, then it's not worth it, especially as they can be rather expensive (my ultra short one cost £75!)

Im just having a tiara of some sort, got my eye on 1 of flea bay and my hair will be up .are you having 1 geordie? the main reason im not sure is it will cover the back of the dress if i have 1 which is the main feature, but i guess people would get to see that bit later on.

I am having one. Working for one of the UK's main bridal veil manufacturers it would be kind of wrong not to!! My boss wants me to have a really long one, but my dress has so much detail on the back and train it would be a shame to cover this over. The veil I have chosen measures 30" from comb to bottom and has just one layer. It sits just below the top of my dress.

Im not having one, I was going to say to try one on too. I wasn't really fussy for one and then when I tried one when I bought my dress I felt really silly, I just didn't feel right in it, I don't think I suit them! So that was it decided for me not to get one.

Maybe try them again in different lengths, if you don't really love any or aren't bothered then I wouldn't get one.

Well I would have said try one on with your dress too but some of the girls have already said that.

I think its totally a personal choice and by no way is there any rules with this. You've already said you felt silly with it on so maybe thats your answer??

I wasn't sure at all but decided just to leave the decision until I found my dress and then tried on some veils. I didn't like the long veils with my dress as there is some detail on the back so went with a waist length one which I got cheap online. For myself, I truly felt like a real bride with the veil on but thats just me. I'll only wear it for the ceremony and maybe up until dinner then take off.
