Chilli and sweetcorn muffins (nned something with them as too dry for eating alone) and some raisin and apple soda bread (really, really tasty).
This is significant because I can't remember the last time I baked anything, certainly don't think I have since the flood, which was two years ago!
Am easing self back into cooking gently, as need to lose weight. They're from a low gl cookbook thing, to have as snacks instead of crisps etc
