Don't be put off by websites assuming that they reflct the quality of the photography product. Europes most qualified and experienced photographer had for a long time only a token website(Ok, not my words, his, although he is bl**dy good, and a former BIPP President). His reason for not maintaining the website was that he gained more than enough work from direct recommendations.

If you like the seen work and get on with the photographer, then it is seriously worth considering them.

If you like his work then go for it. Like Peter says, if you like the work and get on well with him then that is all that matters....oh and price as well

I came across your post whilst leaving a review of our wedding singer/DJ,so I don't know if you're still wanting a reply-but just in case, we got married on Sat [23/7/11] & Gary & Paula were our photographers and to be quite frank they were phenomenal.I could ramble at length but in a nutshell they really get the best out of you;they make your wedding day fun [whereas some photographers are very formal and kind of get in the way] and Gary really does have a great creative eye.We saw our pre-wedding photo shoot pictures the week before the wedding & we were blown away;what you see in the studio really is what they deliver.Our photos will be ready when we get back from our honeymoon & now we just cant wait.Good luck ?
